A: Yes, another person can collect the tickets in your name as long as they have the voucher or booking confirmation in their hands. It is important that this person presents the voucher at the exchange desk and provides the name of the original buyer.

Do children need to pay for a ticket?

A: Children from 0 to 5 years old do not need to pay for a ticket as long as they do not occupy a seat and must watch the show on the lap of their responsible adult. Children aged 6 and above must pay the regular ticket price.

Is it allowed to eat during the Barcelona and Flamenco show?

A: No, eating during the show is not allowed. Our shows are high-quality artistic productions and do not include any kind of food. At the Palau de la Música Catalana, you can eat and drink at the theater bar before and after the show, but the costs are at your own expense. There is no bar at the Teatro Poliorama, but there are various food and drink options around the Ramblas. We recommend that you enjoy the show experience without distractions and take the opportunity to enjoy the city’s cuisine before or after the show.
